For provision of establishment of a comprehensive regime in Pakistan for the swift and effective resolution of disputes relating to the export and import of goods and services including import and export through e-commerce, the National Assembly has been pleased to pass the TDRO Bill Majlis-e –Shoora ( Parliament )in Joint Session held on Monday, the 7Th August 2023. Furtherance to this, the Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on 11th August, 2023.
The TDRO Bill after its enactment has become an Act and shall be called, The Trade Dispute Resolution Act, 2022, and has come into force at once.
